selection of great beer on tap!
Why
draft beer? Draft
beer generally tastes better than bottled beer, delivering to you the flavor
the brewer intends. Having beer on tap adds a touch of class, and drinking beer
from a glass allows the flavor to come alive. Beer on tap also cuts waste from
a pile of empty bottles; beer kegs are always cleaned and refilled at the
brewery. Finally, beer in kegs can be significantly less expensive than
purchasing beer in bottles.
Freedom
to choose a beer that expresses who you are! Many caterers offer a limited selection of beer;
thatÕs fine, theyÕre focusing on bringing you great food! If you have a
favorite craft beer, import, beer from your hometown, or beer from a place that
is special to you, why not share that with your guests? If it is available in a
keg in this area, we can get it for you or special order it. We will also get
matching tap handles that provide a colorful flourish and show exactly what
beer it is you are offering.
Beer and
food. Like wine,
the diverse selection of beer available in the US today can be matched to
perfectly match the food you are serving. Craft Brewed Events can work with you
to select beers that complement the food you are serving: for example a German
bock with your roast chicken, a British-style bitter with roast beef, Belgian
saison with shrimp, or an American India pale ale with spicy appetizers.
How the
system works. The
beer is served from a small draft box (pictured) that leaves plenty of space
for other beverages on your bar table. There are three faucets that allow
multiple beer choices. The system requires no electrical or other utility hook
up: the system is powered by a small CO2 tank that sits under your bar table,
and the beer is kept cold by ice and also sits under the table. For your indoor
event, Craft Brewed Events provides coolers that keep the kegs cold for hours
without condensation, keeping your wood floor or carpet in pristine shape.

the worldÕs best beers to your home, conference room, or other location. A
Craft Brewed Events beer expert will lead your group through the tasting of
eight to 10 beer samples and discuss why the beer tastes the way it does,
discuss the origins of that style, notes of interest on the brewery that makes
it, what kind of food to pair it with, and other items other items of interest.
